1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DrawForge mobile application, website, content, training tools, and related services (collectively, “DrawForge” or the “Service”). “DrawForge,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the DrawForge service.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a subscription, or begin a Practice or One Shot session.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use DrawForge only with the knowledge, permission, and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws, range rules, property restrictions, and age requirements that apply where you shoot.
Accounts use supported third-party identity providers. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Apple or Google account used to access DrawForge and for activity performed through your DrawForge account. Do not share access with anyone who has not accepted these Terms.
3. Archery Safety and Assumption of Risk
Archery is inherently dangerous and can cause property damage, serious injury, or death. DrawForge does not inspect your equipment, shooting area, target, backstop, surroundings, physical condition, skill, or judgment. You assume all risks arising from archery activity and from decisions you make while using the Service.
Use a safe shooting location, adequate target and backstop, inspected equipment, undamaged arrows, and appropriate protective gear. Confirm that the range is clear before every arrow. Never point or draw a bow toward a person, animal, roadway, building, or unsafe area. Stop immediately if conditions, equipment, or your physical condition become unsafe.
Do not hold, view, or operate a phone while drawing, aiming, or releasing a bow. Set the device down or secure it safely before handling archery equipment. Distance options—including extreme target-practice distances—are not hunting-shot recommendations, ethical-shot guidance, or confirmation that any shot is safe.
4. Training Information; No Professional Advice
DrawForge is a training log, practice-planning tool, and rules-based information service. It is not a substitute for qualified in-person instruction, professional bow setup or tuning, medical advice, legal advice, hunting regulations, or emergency services.
Insights are generated from information you record and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by small sample sizes, equipment changes, weather, fatigue, scoring judgment, or data-entry mistakes. Independently verify equipment, sight, form, safety, and hunting decisions with appropriate professionals.
5. Practice and One Shot Integrity
DrawForge depends on honest, shot-by-shot reporting. Practice is intended to emphasize deliberate execution, movement between called distances, and truthful recording before the next call. Do not manipulate results merely to improve displayed statistics.
The One Shot Challenge is intended as one cold, pressure-style arrow before warm-up or other shooting that day. By beginning a challenge, you confirm that you understand its no-reroll purpose and will record the result honestly. DrawForge does not independently verify that confirmation.
6. Free Trial and Auto-Renewing Subscription
Unless a different offer is displayed before purchase, eligible new members receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at $4.99 per month, plus applicable taxes, through the App Store or Google Play until canceled. The store purchase screen controls the final localized price, currency, trial eligibility, billing date, and offer terms.
You authorize the applicable app store to charge the payment method associated with your store account at the end of the trial and each renewal period. Trial eligibility may be limited by Apple, Google, prior use, region, or other store rules. Deleting DrawForge or deleting training data does not cancel a subscription.
7. Cancellation, Access, and Refunds
Cancel through the same store that billed the subscription. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select DrawForge, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play, open your profile, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select DrawForge, and cancel.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the applicable store’s rules and local law. Apple or Google—not DrawForge—generally processes store billing, cancellations, and refund decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable refund or consumer rights.
8. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement where required, DrawForge grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal training. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, or create derivative commercial services from DrawForge except where applicable law expressly permits it.
DrawForge names, logos, visual designs, written content, training structures, software, and related materials are owned by DrawForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; upload malicious code; falsify an identity; harass others; violate another person’s rights; automate access without permission; or use DrawForge to encourage reckless, illegal, or unethical shooting.
You are responsible for content you enter into Coach’s Eye, profile fields, support emails, and future community features. Do not submit confidential information you do not want processed as part of the Service.
10. Data, Privacy, and Deletion
DrawForge may process account identifiers, settings, equipment and range profiles, shot results, reflections, subscription status, support communications, and technical information needed to operate and improve the Service. The DrawForge Privacy Policy describes collection, use, sharing, retention, security, and user rights and controls if it conflicts with this summary.
The Settings data-reset control permanently removes the training information covered by that control while keeping the sign-in account and subscription relationship. Signed-in members may permanently delete their account and associated cloud data through Profile under Account & Privacy. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription.
11. Third-Party Services
DrawForge may rely on Apple, Google, app stores, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices govern their services. DrawForge is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, billing systems, or content outside our control.
12. Availability and Changes
The Service may change, experience interruptions, contain errors, or discontinue features. We may modify training programs, Insights, prices, or availability, subject to required notice and app-store rules. We do not promise that stored information will always be available; maintain any independent records you consider important.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWFORGE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SAFETY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. DRAWFORGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE IMPROVED PERFORMANCE, SAFE EXECUTION, OR ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWFORGE AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ARCHERY ACTIVITY, EQUIPMENT, RANGE CONDITIONS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR DRAWFORGE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using DrawForge at any time, but must separately cancel an active subscription to stop renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, illegal use, nonpayment, or conduct that endangers DrawForge or others, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be presented through the app or another reasonable notice method. Where required, we will request renewed consent. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without permission; DrawForge may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, asset transfer, or reorganization. Applicable consumer protections remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights available where you live. Any dispute will be handled in a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted process.
