A signed-in member can permanently delete a DrawForge account and its associated cloud training data at any time.
FASTEST METHOD
Sign in to DrawForge, open Profile, choose Account & Privacy, then select Delete DrawForge Account. Type DELETE and confirm. An internet connection is required.
The request permanently removes the DrawForge sign-in account, Practice and One Shot history, Insights, journal entries, range and equipment profiles, and cloud-synchronized preferences.
CAN’T ACCESS THE APP?
Email us from the address connected to the account. Use the subject “DrawForge Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Never send a password, verification code, or payment-card number.

The account and associated active cloud records are deleted. Limited information may remain temporarily in restricted backups, security logs, or records retained to meet legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Deleting a DrawForge account does not cancel billing through Apple or Google. Cancel separately through the store that billed the subscription to prevent a future renewal.
