1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how DrawForge Archery (“DrawForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the DrawForge mobile application, website, support channels, and related services.
By using DrawForge, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and may receive your name and email address according to the choices you make with that provider. DrawForge does not receive or store your Apple or Google password.
Training information: We store information you choose to record, including Practice sessions, One Shot results, distance and stance selections, hit and miss results, optional miss direction, equipment and range profiles, training conditions, settings, Coach’s Eye reflections, and generated Insights.
Subscription and transaction information: When store billing is enabled, we may receive product, entitlement, renewal, and transaction identifiers from Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Guest entitlement information: To remember whether the free guest samples have been used after an app reinstall, DrawForge derives a pseudonymous identifier from device- or installation-scoped information. The server stores only a one-way hash of that identifier, the device platform, and the Practice and One Shot usage timestamps. The identifier is used for app functionality and abuse prevention, not advertising or cross-company tracking.
Support and technical information: We receive information you send to support. Our authentication and hosting providers may process network, device, diagnostic, and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the Service.
3. Guest Use
Guest Practice and One Shot results are stored on the device and are not added to a later member account. A separate hashed guest-entitlement record remembers whether each free sample was started, so uninstalling or using the in-app data reset does not ordinarily restore free guest access. A guest session does not create a DrawForge cloud account.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and synchronize training history; calculate Insights and recommendations; remember settings and profiles; provide support; manage access and subscriptions; prevent abuse; protect the Service; comply with law; and improve reliability and user experience.
DrawForge does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, or use training history for targeted advertising.
5. How Information Is Shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate DrawForge, including Supabase for authentication, database, and hosting services; Apple and Google for identity and app-store services; and providers used to deliver support and essential infrastructure.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety and rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. Any successor will be required to handle information consistently with applicable law.
6. Storage, Retention, and Security
Signed-in account information is stored in account-scoped cloud systems and may also be cached on your device so DrawForge can operate offline. When connectivity returns, queued changes are synchronized with the account.
We retain account information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. After deletion, limited information may remain temporarily in restricted backups or provider logs until removed under ordinary retention schedules.
Hashed guest-entitlement records may be retained as reasonably necessary to enforce the one-time samples and prevent repeated reinstall abuse. They do not contain guest training results or the raw device/install identifier.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, provider-based authentication, device-secured session storage, and database access controls. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can review or update available profile information and preferences inside DrawForge. You can delete training data while keeping the account, or permanently delete the entire DrawForge account from Profile under Account & Privacy.
Permanent account deletion removes the DrawForge authentication account and associated cloud training data. It does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through the store that billed them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
8. Children and Younger Users
DrawForge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A user who has not reached the age of legal majority should use DrawForge only with the knowledge, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. International Processing
DrawForge and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as DrawForge changes. The effective date and version will identify the current Policy. We will provide additional notice or request renewed acknowledgment when required by law.
